I do think prisons should really be run by former "Convicts" they got the mentallity having done time & more Institutional know-how thy system then fresh "Co/Graduates" plus older inmates can be "Mentors"

BUT State Law says "Convicted Felons" need not apply heck ya cant even work at a County Jail
