The Carbon comes from the AIR, of course!
Every tree, every plant you see that contains Carbon got nearly all of it from the atmosphere!
All forms of alcohol are composed ot the same three elements: Hydrogen, Oxygen and Carbon. Hydrogen and Oxygen come from water, Carbon comes from the AIR! Trace elements come from the soil.
