Trump defrauded banks.
The banks evidently hired appraisers who did not do their jobs but instead listened to how Trump valued his properties.
Then after the banks made a ton of money off the deals as the loans were paid back in full, they never raised any concern.
But since everything ended up being a win win for all, a judge in NY decided to press charges after statute of limitations were up.
No crime, no victim. Weird.
