In principle, I concur that Sharia Law is not compatible with US law and represents an ideology that undermines the rights of women, children, and individuals of various faiths. However, Mr. Roy's proposal seems directed towards Aliens. What provisions are being made for US citizens, whether naturalized or born in the country?
