Prices went up as the tariff was passed onto the consumer. Prices are not coming down. Look at tariffs as a tax that the corps put on the people. they get the revenue, but we get nothing back. I don't mind paying tax to the government, because usually, not always, but usually the public will see a ROI. Infrastructure, military, law enforcement, bridges, schools, etc...The tariffs allow big corps to raise prices...then that is that. We get no ROI.
