There are actually a few like that. Every once in a while, it'll be a guy whose *** was so badly chapped that he never got over it, and he'll believe himself ready this time. He'll lurk, see ghosts of potential success, hype himself up, and come back under a new name to do battle. Then he'll get humiliated and flee again. 

You would think that they might have a break through and stop being neocons - but that almost never happens.
