First, Jagadeesh has resign to spend more time with family.
Second, many complain that website logging off.
To resolve complain, a change were made to cookie setting, but cookie name was not change. This cause user to require delete all cookie.
When change cookie setting, also change cookie name or user not logging in.
Simple solution, change cookie name, and no more trouble, but Jagadeesh are fail at job once again.
I have resolve ticket and forum now run like greased curry tandoori on fresh naan.
