As you know men there walk around with folded "doti" which looks like a miniskirt . . . with extremely hairy legs . . . and they're pretty mean-looking farmers !
You just don't **** around with them !
Today I prepared and consumed aloo gobi, with fresh garlic and ginger, garam masala and cayenne, plenty of black pepper corns, coriander and turmeric. It was very delicious but I did not over-indulge. Finished with house tea. I prefer my tea with elaiche, but today I used fennel for digestion. We cannot satisfy every taste at every meal, or we will cease to appreciate.
