The ones on Medicaid should read page 42 of this Trump FY 2020 budget. He sets Medicaid to a block grant to your state and sets it to grow at the CPI, currently 1.8%, when health care costs grow at 5.7% a year. Yea I checked, Misty. That's right now.
The ones on Medicare should read page 44 of that same budget. He sets Medicare to the cost-sharing prices of private insurance, and I understand from another analysis that there are cuts to Part D.
