I really doubt that there was only one period when people immigrated from Africa to Asia, Europe and the rest of the world. It seems more logical that they migrated in many groups at many different times.

It is easy to see that not all Native Americans are related very closely, as they have different features and physical makeup.
Aztecs do not look like Zapotecs, and Aymaras do not resemble Tupa-Guarani. I don't think that anyone thinks they were in the Americas 30,000 years ago. I am sure we will know a lot more about kinship of different groups in the future.

Chinese, Australian and European natives may all be descended from Africans, but almost certainly from the same group.
