Whole Foods practices niche marketing. I am more of an Aldis customer, but on rare occasions, I go to Whole Foods because they have items that I need for specific recipes that I cannot obtain at Aldi's or Publix or perhaps Sedano's. There is a nice Whole Foods Supermarket on Biscayne Boulevard, and it is a pleasant place to shop. The prices are higher than elsewhere, bit the workers are helpful and cheerful. And the parking lot is usually full. My opinion is that Whole Foods knows more about its business that our resident Nazi.
