I don't much care is Musk owns Twitter or not. But is does seem as though Musk should have consulted his lawyers before drawing up the contract. Twitter is not so much about free speech as it is about free gossip. Musk is one of those guys you wish you could buy for what he is worth and sell him for what he THINKS he's worth. He has that in common with The Donald,. tho not much more. Musk is smarter, bit somehow less charismatic.
