BlackRock is a problem, that's why I raised this as an issue to be discussed. Corporations are not the problem, but BlackRock illegally placing its people on Corporate boards, who act against the interest of these Corporations and Shareholders is the problem. And, it's illegal.
So, I raised this because I spot a vulnerability in BlackRock - when a rich company like this one goes off the rails and starts hurting other companies and shareholders intentionally, I say let the Lawyer-Vultures pick them apart.
What is the law regarding placement of people on corporate boards?
What I care about when I make an investment is making a profit. I don't ever directly invest in Big Oil or tobacco, but in diversified funds it is close to impossible to do this.
