Gay women are not even acknowledged to be a thing among Muslims, and of course, all the possible morals police in Muslim countries are men, so they would have zero access to individual women in their own homes.
There are gays and Lesbians everywhere on this planet. In some countries it is considered normal, in others it is prohibited by custom by law, or both, so gay sex is something done in secret.
