The Red Flag Laws will only work when the police knows (a) who the unstable potential shooters are and where they are, and (b) whether they own firearms. That's correct...those people are either criminals who don't care about any gun laws or the mentally ill.
Many of these had red flag warnings that are often not heeded by law enforcement...like Illinois.
Florida does it right so says a democrat. He said other states should do what Florida does. But they don't.
Now you tell us X...what would you do?
I don't think anyone wants to see classrooms shot up, but I don't think FL is doing enough.
