Neither is doing their job properly. Chinese family names are all one syllable. Remember the family name comes first. For convenience to those who read the Latin alphabet, they combine the other two names. Xi Jinpao is the same as Xi Jin Pao as far as pronunciation goes. Neither Munchin nor Sinema is Chinese.
