His predicessor. Obama doubled our debt and his staff with a special Democrat group from both houses created ACA. No Republicans allowed to participate and no amendments allowed. Never a good idea for one party to ram any law down the other parties throat without participation allowed. To me Obama’s damage makes your assertions about Trump childish at best. Obama was a major disaster.
