Yeah, you just ignored that whole part of my post about how Jorge Garcia was trying to get his status in order, and got ripped off by the lawyer he hired.

His wife is a US citizen so not only should he have been allowed to stay, but to apply for citizenship himself, which he was trying to do.

I'm not the least bit surprised by the TOO BAD, SO SAD attitude of both you and your BFF Clem.
Both of you are completely devoid of empathy, just like the heartless bastard in the WH that you worship so much.

1. We did not put him in this position. As an adult he chose to stay here.

2. At any point as an adult he knew this could happen.

3. At any point he could have chosen to return to his country of citizenship with his family.

4. His decision to stay here is what is “breaking up” his family.

5. This is what happens when one side supports ignoring immigration law instead of enforcing it for political purposes.

6. Do I feel bad because the decisions he made as an adult are breaking up his family? Yes. Just like I feel bad when an American breaks Mexican immigration law and ends up in a Mexican jail. But, that was their choice.

So, I am not taking responsibility for the decisions of an adult to continue to break the law. He could have left with his family and applied for citizenship like millions of people world wide. He put his family in this position. Not me.
