Chomos target kids primarily from single mother homes that have zero support from an adult male.
One of the first things these asswipes will do is try to gain the trust of the mother, and will often start a relationship with the mom before going after their kids.
People like that are the ones that I would have absolutely zero problem dispatching out behind the shed, and just leaving them there to rot.
I saw it a while back too. Better to send them to prison...most convicts don't like rapist, especially when kids are involved.
