First of all, she had been briefed on the incident before she gave her remarks, so she had more info than Trump did about what caused the explosion.
And she handled it very differently.
Notice that she mentioned both the first responders and the victims, and she said that we need to let the investigation unfold before we know who was responsible.
She also spoke in a calming voice, so as not to instill a sense of fear or panic, and she didn't say things like, "it's a terrible thing going on in our world and in our country."
Trump sounds like the **** voice of doom.

You keep talking about how I'm always 'defending' Hillary, but I would not have to defend her if you did not lie about her all the time.
She and Trump handled this situation very differently, and I'm not the only one who noticed that.
