No one really understands what makes for high intelligence in individuals, or what makes one culture reach high levels of acheivement -- and then decline.
Go to Guatemala today -- pretty sad. Inert. They don't do well on international educational comparisions, to put it mildly.
And yet. These people are the descendants of the Maya, who were doing astronomy, and had invented a positional-exponential numbering system. Something happened. It wasn't due to their genes.
Anyway, today there are a number of Black conservative intellectuals. About ten percent of Blacks vote conservative. So anyone who starts disparaging Blacks is an enemy agent even if they don't know they are.
We need all the people we can get, of any color. The Left would love to drive Blacks and Hispanics and Asians and Jews away from the patriotic/conservative movement ... so you had better believe that they have devoted resources to stirring up discord within the conservative movement. Don't play into their hands!
