The FACT IS, they moved to RED STATES where REPUBLICANS control the REDISTRICTING MAPS!! You can draw lines that CANCELS the "boomers' blue state **** in a heartbeat. The BIGGER the population shift, the MORE SEATS GO TO RED STATES, the MORE SEATS LOST IN BLUCE STATES, which is ALL that is important here!!
