There is NOTHING similar about the two cases!
Whether you understand it or not, we have a US Constitution 2nd Amendment that guarantees the government can make NO LAWS regarding the restriction of firearms.
Do you believe that trannies have a Constitutional right to use whichever restroom, shower, or locker room they choose based on their personal claim of their sexual identity on any given day?
If you want such an amendment, then go about the process of amending the Constitution, and see how far you get with anything as stupid as you're suggesting.
