This is not going to be a politically correct thread, nor is it going to be a racist one. So lefties, get your act together. This topic will be about the truth of things, whether you like it or not. 

Problem: The black plight and condition have been the same since they were free. Therefore, our society is paying the price. 

There are many theories as to why they continually have broken families, high crime rates, broken communities, broken schools, etc...etc...etc...Some say it's lack of funding. Some say it's oppression. Some say it's systematic racism. The truth is that blacks have never been more free today than ever.

Yet, their culture hasn't changed:

• Still high rate of fathers leaving their families behind. 
• Still high crime rates. 
• Still high dropout rate in school. 
• Still favor the language of violence and hostility, over productive communication. 
• Still can't develop healthy and safe communities that thrive. 
• Still needs society to help them along.

Over the century, America has loosened many oppressive laws and systems. They have even given them favoritism through Affirmative Action and college grants. Scholarships will pass over a white kid, to favor an inner-city black kid. I have witnessed this numerous times. 

All to no avail. Nothing works. Nothing. 

This is very expensive for any society. Prisons are full of blacks, that's expensive. The ghettos are expensive. Spending money on their failing schools is expensive. Hospitals treating the gunshot/stab wounds are expensive (it's highly unlikely that they have health insurance.).  Disproportionate use of law enforcement, medics, and firetrucks is expensive. 

Solution: All solutions have been exhausted. Nothing works. If you have a reasonable solution , that hasn't already been tried, then let's hear it.
