About 5 miles from my home, back in October, construction was started on five i million square ft warehouses. Today, 2 of them are filled with tenants and product is arriving and shipping daily. One of them will have a tenant move in on May 1st. The other 2 are leased, but tenants won't be moving in until July 1st.
So please, STOP with your "it will take years" to build the buildings and have actual MANUFACTURERS MOVE IN!! A million sq ft warehouse can ALSO be used as MANUFACTURING FACILITY as well. There's no rocket science needed to make that work, DICKSUCK!!
The ONLY thing stopping it from happening is LEFT WING ASSHOLES WITH A **** OUTLOOK ON EVERYTHING TRYING TO STOP IT FROM HAPPENING!!
Please,
TAKE YOUR DOOM AND GLOOM SOCIALIST **** AND GO **** YOURSELF!!

I ain’t talking about building a warehouse Cletus
of course they can be built quickly
A MANUFACTURING facility is a whole different animal
