Actually it is extremely possible to run out of money on social programs.
The money we earn is actually earned. People have to do things. Innovation is the most important thing.
Social programs contain a danger of a snowball effect because they are fundamentally dysgenic. It means there will be a growing number of parasites while there are fewer innovators. And indeed at some point potential innovators will resent being nothing more than tax slaves constantly lambasted for being white...and then they will stop.
The money will run out and the whole system will collapse.
