Pull out any 1$ you have (assuming you have any)...notice the term 'Federal reserve note' is on it as well as a signature of the us treasurer. You know what any of that means? If Wachovia were printing money...dont you think they would call it a 'Wachovia note'? Maybe include some slogan about how they are the best bank?
