On July 1, 2020, Rosen called Tracy claiming he voted in New Hampshire in 2016. Rosen said that his recollection now was that up to 2018 he had always voted in New Hampshire and hadn’t voted in Massachusetts since 2004. However, due to a series of doctor’s appointments, he started voting again in Belmont in 2018 as the town was closer to where his doctors were. Rosen said he didn’t recall voting in New Hampshire in 2018 and said he believes he only voted in Massachusetts that year, the records showed.
During the call, Tracy informed Rosen that he discovered that Rogers had died in 2011. When asked if he could explain, Rosen said he hadn’t seen Rogers in “several” years since they parted ways after he discovered Rogers allegedly stole funds from him.
