So here is a summary of the NH Supreme Court’s opinion with respect to De Confeshun!
The court also held that evidence of Botelho’s confession to voting in the defendant’s name in the 2016 election was not evidence of other bad acts under Rule 404(b) and should not have been categorically excluded. The Supreme Court further ruled that, if Botelho asserts his Fifth Amendment rights on remand, the trial court must hold a Richards hearing.

My prediction... It will not go to trial. He was silly to appeal...he was lucky to get 7 days...a second jury, given an opportunity to see the "confessor" now pleading the 5th, might take a less sanguine view... Again, you should drag yourself away...
