We actually need a fiat system! The problem with the present arrangement is that it's privately owned and NOT Transparent.. The money supply is fundamental power so should obviously be under transparent democratic control. Heavy metal backed script just leaves power with the heavy metal owners. Otherwise we're back to the golden rule; who owns the gold rules. Who owns the GOLD Now? You? For How Long?
