As in forced sterilization and immediate loss of all parental rights. Society does not need to try and "rehabilitate" bad parents. The cure is out there. Unfortunately, you and others have no stomach for what it really takes to stop this nonsense.

- no parent at home to raise the kid
- kid being raised by government, institutional "teachers"
- bastard children
- divorce
- sedentary living
- low or no self-worth - lack of working and contributing
- welfare / ssi / food-stamps
