I believe Dominion has made a motion for summary judgment.
I've looked at the judges previous rulings in the case and I think they have a pretty good chance of getting it.
The judge by his rulings seems to have been disposed in their favor from the time when they made their initial filing of the claim.
Apparently they're doing a very good job.
