So I've been reading some of the filings and it turns out that Dominion sent a series of emails to Fox protesting their misrepresentations and informing them of the facts. Despite these efforts Fox persisted in their lies.
I think the judge is looking very favorably on Dominion. He took note of those facts in a ruling denying Fox a dismissal early in the case.
