what i said was that zelinsky could listen and reject it if he wants to and if he wanted to modify it to something he wants that would be a part of it.
it would show that he is interested in a peaceful resolution and he would not be bound to accepting anything he did not want.
for us to sit in america and decide that ukraine should fight forever is totally selfish and not caring one bit for the ukrainian people who I am sure wants the war to end, no matter what biden says.
