Seeing how ANY VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID is fully acceptable in ALL STATES that require ID to vote. Add to that, you can't find ONE SINGLE INSTANCE where anyone was UNABLE to get a required voter ID at ANY TIME IN ANY STATE!!

No one can vote without first registering to vote.
No one ID allows anyone to vote ANYWHERE without first registering to vote in a specific state......an ID will not work if one is not registered to vote.
No one can get a drivers license without identification( birth certificate), current proof of address etc etc etc.
I have my up to date voter registration, my passport, one utility bill in my VOTER packet as we speak.
IF PEOPLE FROM AFRICA HAVE NOT CITZIZENSHIP DOCUMENTS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE. IF ANY IMMIGRANT IS ON ILLEGAL STATUS WHY WOULD THEY REGISTER TO VOTE WHICH WOULD REVEAL THEIR WHEREABOUTS?
