Yes the humans could make a difference IF:
We cut back on driving by say 50% ......
And we drive cars that get 50 mpg for everyday driving.......
Or choose to drive golf cart type vehicles to run errands in the "city".
And we turn off as much electricity every day as possible
And we choose to push for:
