phony "insurrection" = distorted definition = aka typical fake republican BS. There are Jan 6th terrorists sitting in jail/prison with a charge of insurrection in their criminal portfolio. Some with sedition ........
I speculate some white collars will eventually be introduced to the charge of insurrection or sedition and who knows maybe treason.
