No one has proven that she was molested by her father. Her entire diary is a rambling stream of consciousness. She asks the question, "was I molested?" Then she talks about the Woolzack's house, she talks about other friends, she talks about her cousin Caroline, THEN she mentions that she had showered with her Dad. There is no direct connection between those two circled phrases.
