It WAS a very specific comment, and it was ENTIRELY true. It did NOT imply that McRaven was relieved of command of ST6 at the end of his tour. You incorrectly inferred it. That's YOUR problem, not mine.
McRaven WAS INDEED relieved of command - on several occasions - and each time it happened, the guy who relieved him was his designated replacement.
