That post did not describe the end of his tour of duty on Seal Team Six. You have had that fact explained and re-explained to you repeatedly. How **** dumb are you? He has been in command during several tours of duty, and has been relieved of command at all of those by the man sent to be his successor.
That was NOT the case for ST6. In that instance, he was "relieved of duty" by a despicable naval officer who would later show himself to be a dishonest fraud, a felon, and a convicted one at that. McRaven would demonstrate that his former loser boss's opinion was inaccurate. He would show himself to be worthy of the utmost respect and responsibility by rising to the highest rank in the service.
