I have posted NUMEROUS times how his time ST6 ended.
What it really sounds like, Trade School, is McRaven was too "institutional" and worried about his career to be effective in the type of unit Marcinko created.
That was my point. I have readily admitted that convicted felon and fraud, Dick Marcinko did relieve him of his squad leader duties. The NAVY obviously liked the cut of McRaven's jib a lot better than they did Marcinko's. He never made it any higher and only managed to get caught defrauding the government and doing hard time whereas McRaven got four stars.
