This post will ALWAYS be wrong when referring to McRaven's departure from ST6.
FACT.
It will always be correct when referring to McRaven's various command tours where he did ASSUME command of a military unit and then, after his assigned tour was complete, was RELIEVED OF COMMAND of that unit by his successor.... which is what I said.
