Facts are simple.
Bye-DONE stole documents that he has NO authority to declassify and stored them in places totally unsecured. And those very locations were NOT authorized to store those documents OR to even view them BY THE US CODE!!
Trump had FULL Constitutional authority to declassify documents AT WILL and in ANY MANNER he chose and they were stored in a facility that had been WELL KNOWN, and were secured by Secret Service agents. AND that Trump had FULL AUTHORITY to keep under the Presidential Records Act.
ONE committed a CRIME. The other had full LEGAL AUTHORITY to possess and store formerly "classified" documents and committed NO CRIME in doing so!!
Funny thing about all that is that YOU won't admit who did which!!
you keep circling back to the clown being able to declassify, as if that makes a whit of difference as to whether the Espionage Act was violated.
Again... I am pretty sure that a guy who keeps bees probably doesn't also have a license to practice law. Neither do I. I will wait and see what Hur and Smith have to say about the documents. You should consider doing the same.
