The PRESIDENT is given FULL CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY as Commander in Chief of the Military, hence, he can SHARE anything he wants with ANYONE he wants for ANY PURPOSE he deems fit. Hence, he can't violate the Espionage Act. And there is ZERO evidence that any documents Trump had were shared with anyone ever. And he had full authority under the Presidential Records Act to possess any documents he desired. THOSE ARE FACTS you have NOTHING to refute with.

2. As an INCUMBENT POTUS, he is ALSO protected from the Espionage Act as he too had FULL AUTHORITY AS POTUS to determine what he could share and with whom. PERHAPS you need to read Obama's EO on "declassification" and who are considered PROTECTED PERSONS!!
1.  If the sharing took place after he had left the White House he no longer had that authority.  As to who had access, I will wait until Jack Smith reports.
2.  He ceased being the incumbent president on January 20, 2021.  And again... the classification or declassification of the documents is not the issue.
