But they CAN give anything they want to ANY ONE THEY WANT and can declassify documents AT WILL which means it's NOW available for PUBLIC INSPECTION, so whatever they would give to anyone isn't considered TREASON in that instance!!

If the clown were to have "declassified" a list of US intelligence agents imbedded in Russian government, that would still be treason, regardless of what "classification" the document had by virtue of the actions of the person committing treason.
