If a document is DECLASSIFIED, can you obtain it with a FOIA request ?? Why of course you can as can ANYONE. So then it's NO LONGER CONSIDERED ANY KIND OF DOCUMENT THAT ONCE RELEASED WOULD BE INJURIOUS TO THE NATION!!

Let's say that, down in Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump had a document , TS(SCI), that listed all of the sleeper agents we had embedded inside the bureaucracy of Russia. And in the waning days of his administration, in early January 2021, against the strong objections from his DCI, and from his Secretary of State, he told the two of them that he was going to declassify that document and give it to a Russian oligarch who would be dining that evening at Mar-a-Lago and who was considering investing in a new Trump property that would be built in Moscow. You are saying that that act would not be injurious to the nation?
