ANY declassified document becomes available for PUBLIC VIEWING, so there can be NO CRIME as you claim there is. What's to prevent ANY US citizen from using that same DECLASSIFIED DOCUMENT in any manner they desire?? AND DO SO LEGALLY!!

The crime was disseminating information that may be used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation. Classification has nothing to do with it.
