You have bumbled your way into the midst of a conversation you can't keep track of. We were discussing whether or not the clown was exempt from the Espionage Act. @Beekeeper was asserting that the unbridled presidential power to declassify any and everything prevented him from violating that act. I pointed out that that was incorrect and that declassification had nothing to do with whether information could or could not be used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.
