Show us a espionage charge, that occurred SINCE classification of documents was a thing.
I don't need to. I made my point. The espionage act does not speak of classified documents, it speaks of information that may be used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.
@Beekeeper made the argument that, simply because the
clown had the authority to declassify any and everything at Mar-a-Lago, he was immune from being charged with violation of the Espionage Act regardless of what randomly declassified document he might disseminate. That is incorrect. My example was a list of the CIA's sleeper agent/moles in place within the Russian government bureaucracy.
@Beekeeper claimed that, simply by declassifying that list, the
clown could then give it to anyone, even a Russian oligarch, and still be immune from prosecution. If you want to stand with him on that claim, just say so. If not. Get the **** out of the conversation.
