we were talking about the Senate. YOU are the one that said, and I quote, "Yes *******, fifty VOTES are all that's needed to pass a bill in the senate when all senators are present and voting". That was wrong then and it is wrong now. If every senator is present and voting, it will ALWAYS take 51 VOTES to pass a bill. AND.... you know...the funny thing is.... even if you change VOTES to SENATORS, it's STILL wrong. All forty-nine Republican Senators and Joe Manchin (total: 50 SENATORS) can't get a bill out of the Senate today as long as Kamala's in the chamber. Funny stuff, eh?
